5K Run/Walk for Justice, Honouring Flight PS752 Victims
The second annual event brought 250 people together in person and virtually for remembrance and justice.
On October 12, 2024, the Association held its second 5K Run and Walk in memory of the victims of Flight PS752. The event took place in Toronto and Vancouver, with virtual participation from cities around the world.
Two hundred people participated in person and another 50 joined globally. Families presented commemorative medals to runners at the finish. The event raised awareness of the criminal downing of Flight PS752, resisted forgetting, honoured the victims, and renewed the demand for justice.

Fifty participants joined from cities around the world, running or walking in solidarity with the families and the pursuit of accountability.
Speakers in Toronto and Vancouver honoured victims of Flight PS752 and other victims of the Islamic Republic, describing the run as a symbol of struggle, resistance, and perseverance in the pursuit of freedom and justice.
