Learn About the 5K RunPast Commemorations
Since 2020, the Association has held annual commemorations in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, and internationally. Each year on January 8, families gather to light candles, share memories, and renew their commitment to justice. These gatherings have grown into a global act of solidarity — attended by community members, supporters, and advocates who refuse to let the world forget.
