In recent years, the families of Flight PS752 have faced legal proceedings in various courts around the world. This includes the show trial in Iran, which put ten unknown defendants on trial, the investigation into the potential negligence of Ukraine Airlines on the night of January 8, 2020, the case brought against the Families Association, and several encounters with the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran. These are part of the firsthand experiences of the families that need to be recorded and documented.
The book “In the Name of Justice” (Persian: به نام عدالت [beː nɑːm eˈdɑːlæt]) is a collection of these accounts, which could one day serve as evidence against those who brought down the flight and subsequently obstructed the path to justice.
