Construction of the Flight PS752 Memorial in Unity Park, Richmond Hill, Canada, Officially Commences.

Today, during a press conference attended by Richmond Hill Mayor David West, Members of Parliament Ali Ehsassi, Costas Menegakis, and Vincent Ho, Ontario Cabinet Minister Stephen Lecce, members of Richmond Hill City Council, and several family members of the victims of Flight PS752, construction of the Flight PS752 Memorial at Unity Park in the City of Richmond Hill was officially launched.

This project is the result of years of collaboration among various organizations, including the Association, the City of Richmond Hill, the Government of Ontario, and the Government of Canada. We hope the memorial will be officially unveiled on the seventh anniversary of the downing of Flight PS752.

This memorial will serve as a place of remembrance—a place that reminds everyone that on January 8, 2020, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) fired missiles at a civilian airliner, killing all 176 innocent passengers and crew members, as well as an unborn child.

Until the full truth is revealed and justice is served, we will neither forget nor forgive those responsible for this crime.
