Statement of the Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims on the Passing of Mr. Mohsen Ahmadipour, Board Member

With deep sorrow and profound grief, we announce the passing of Mr. Mohsen Ahmadipour, a valued member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims.
Mohsen lost his beloved wife, Roja Azadian, on January 8, 2020, in the criminal downing of Flight PS752 by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

He was living and working alone in Toronto. On February 10, after he did not report to work and failed to respond to phone calls, his friends became concerned and contacted the fire department and police. Following these calls, paramedics and police attended his residence. According to the initial police report, no suspicious circumstances were observed; however, we will await the final report and the coroner’s findings.
With exemplary commitment, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility, Mohsen played a significant role in advancing the Association’s mission and values. His presence on the Board was always marked by prudence, collective wisdom, and a deep concern for the public good. The loss of Mohsen Ahmadipour is a profound tragedy for his family, friends, colleagues, and all members of our community.
The Board of Directors and members of the Association extend their heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones, honor his memory, and remain grateful for his years of sincere and impactful service.
The memory of Mohsen and Roja will always be with us. We will neither forget nor forgive those responsible for the destruction of our families and the killing of our dearest loved ones.
