Families Begin Organizing Across Canada
Families of victims across Canada began organizing in the weeks following the tragedy. Communities in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Ottawa held vigils and informal meetings to coordinate their collective response and share legal information.
CommunityAssociation Formally Incorporated in Canada
The Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims was formally incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in Canada. The founding mission was threefold: unite the grieving families, preserve the memory of those lost, and pursue international legal accountability.
CommunityAssociation Marks Three Years of Operations
The Association marked three years of formal operations. In that time, it had grown to represent over 100 member families across six nationalities, filed complaints at three international forums (ICAO, ICC, and ICJ), organized annual commemorations, launched the 5K run program, and produced multiple publications documenting the tragedy.
CommunityFourth Annual General Meeting
The Association held its fourth Annual General Meeting virtually and reported to members on its work and governance.
